Why renting instead of selling is the future

Google "zerowaste": you get 42 million hits. Or look at Instagram: over four million entries! The topic is burning under people's noses. It is clearly a topic for the future.

I can plug a hole in the stocking (... even if reluctantly :-))

After all, it's not just about buying food without packaging. It's also about the broken television or record player that we don't have repaired but buy new. It's about the hole in the sock that we no longer plug. It's about the kitchen table that has become unsightly and that we'd rather throw away than fix up with a bit of sandpaper. It affects all areas of life: We would rather dispose of things than repair them.

The Fridays for Future generation will thank you for it

And that is exactly where we have opened up a path in a more sustainable direction with all:change. We can repair damaged load securing devices. You don't have to throw them away. Buying new seems easier at first glance. But do you also think about your larger CO2 footprint that new production causes? Of the senseless consumption of raw materials and energy? I am sure that the Fridays for Future generation has this very much in mind. And these are your customers of the future.

We do not have to own everything

Or think one step further: do you have to own everything you use? The best example: 90% of the time our cars stand unused in front of our front door (or in the parked-up city centres three blocks away). They take up space, cost car tax and insurance, constantly lose value, and also need to be maintained (and repaired). Without us using them, just because we own them. That's why a few clever people came up with the idea of car sharing. It only costs something if we actually drive the car.

Think new - don't buy new

That's why we have come up with car sharing for load securing: rent instead of buy. Then you only pay for the securing equipment you need and for the time you need it. Our idea: you have less capital tied up, you always have the material that is needed at the moment, nothing lies around unused and blocks storage space. You also no longer have to think about where your poles and beams have just gone or whether they need to be repaired or UVV-checked.

What I particularly like about this idea is that it is sustainable and forward-looking.
