"A few million euros with repairs" - mission impossible?

Just a few years ago, we were happy if the workstation for the all:change repairs in our Engen plant was in use at least a few times a week - so that another production line wouldn't steal our space. But sometimes things happen faster than you think: In the meantime, we deliver our all:change service from both allsafe plants, and the former "sideline" of a single colleague has turned into a few full-time positions taking care of our customers' worn and defective load restraints and double-decker beams.

How did it come about? I think it was a mixture of the hard work of many colleagues and a bit of serendipity. On the one hand, we were able to convince more and more customers to have their load securing systems repaired by us: Because it's cheaper, has no drawbacks and saves resources. Of course, everyone wants to be sustainable and conserve resources. But hand on heart: in the end, price is the deciding factor. And this is where chance comes into play as a second factor. The cost of raw aluminum has at times more than doubled in recent years. And with it, the price advantage for our all:change repairs grew, because no matter by whom the load securing was manufactured: Due to the increased material prices, the prices for new load restraints have risen significantly. With all:change, only what is really defective is replaced or repaired. Most of the load securing remains intact, and that saves money in the end. And thanks to the fixed-price guarantee and our offer to repair third-party products as well, there's no "yes, but." Would you like to give this a try? Feel free to write or call me!
