TOP JOB has named us one of the best employers in Germany

And if you ask me now what specifically motivated me to take part in this employee survey again as allsafe in 2024...

... then of course one of the considerations is whether a company can still afford to operate without a seal? Many are of the opinion that a seal makes the company more attractive in the hotly contested employee market.

This way of thinking is legitimate, but for me it is not the true potential that results from participating in the employee survey. What counts is the individual with their interests and strengths.

Because ultimately it's about so much more!

The responses from the TOP JOB employee survey and a culture questionnaire are evaluated. We are evaluated and compared with other companies in our category on specific topics such as corporate culture, sustainability and New Work.

These topics are essential for the future and will carry companies through change and crises. Corporate culture creates community, sustainability in dealing with people and nature and, of course, New Work are the topics of tomorrow.

There is a risk of becoming "operationally blind" in day-to-day business

Many things are well thought out and seem to work well. But it is essential to keep questioning and finding out whether it really is or just "seems" to be.

The aim is to find out how fit we already are for the topics of tomorrow.
For me, TOP JOB is another tool to "listen in" alongside the communication strategy practiced in the company and the direct feedback culture.
