Secure correctly at last: Liquid containers on standard trailers

Press release

Finally secure liquid containers on standard trailers correctly - with DEKRA certificate!

Engen, January 2022. As practical and proven as the stainless steel containers are that the food and chemical industries use to pack liquids and pastes, the containers are difficult to secure on standard trailers. The high centre of gravity and the resulting risk of tipping make these containers a challenging load.

Here, allsafe offers a solution from its own development and production that allows DEKRA-certified securing on the basis of specially assembled lashing straps: "The system was tested in the laboratory and in road trials. The DEKRA specialists have certified that our development meets the requirements of VDI 2700 ff. and DIN EN 12195," says Pascal Zeuner, the product manager responsible for the system. The system called ROLF can be adapted to different container sizes, so that customised designs are also possible.

The specially developed lashing straps of the ROLF system secure the liquid containers that are at risk of tipping.
The ROLF system also works with partial loads. Only the standard lashing points on the trailer are required for securing.
