Industrial mechanic in maintenance (m/f/d) in 2-shift operation - Fürstenwalde

Through your flexibility and performance, you will make a significant contribution to the daily availability of our systems, thereby ensuring productivity and our joint success in the market.

Your tasks

  • Preparation and implementation of inspection, maintenance, servicing and conversion measures for systems and workstations at our plant in Fürstenwalde
  • Preventive maintenance of modern production machines
  • Analytical, structured troubleshooting and fault rectification for the CNC systems, including documentation of the fault in the ERP system
  • Independent procurement of spare parts and necessary operating resources
  • Construction of devices and aids for production
  • Support in improving and further developing the systems
  • Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes (CIP)
  • Participation in compliance with relevant legal regulations, standards and requirements (DIN etc.)
  • Technical research for upcoming conversions, investments, etc.

What you bring with you

  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic, industrial mechatronics technician, electrician or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the maintenance of CNC systems and assembly systems in a production company
  • Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Experience with ERP and all common IT tools
  • Interest in programming control systems
  • Willingness to work shifts (2-shift system, Mon.-Fri.)
  • Independence, initiative and flexibility, combined in a team player
  • When things get hectic, you keep an overview
  • Orientation towards customer needs and the concerns of colleagues in production
