Content Creator (m/f/d) - Social Media

We create authentic brand presence with fresh ideas and a passion for digital content. To further drive our growth, we are looking for a committed Content Creator (m/f/d) who will enrich our team with creative approaches and a hands-on mentality.

Important: Perfection is not required - passion for creative content is! Professional experience, especially in a production company, can make it easier to get started, but is not a must. It's much more important that you want to create content, try out new approaches and become part of our team. You can learn everything else - from camera technology to Adobe Cloud - with us. What counts is your motivation and your passion for turning creative ideas into reality.

Your tasks:

Campaign and strategy development Content creation: brainstorming, creative implementation, overall annual planning, analysis of target groups, reach and KPIs

Content creation & video: Ideas & implementation for video shoots, incl. cutting & editing, smartphone videos for TikTok, reels and stories, short clips, support for on-site shoots at customers' premises.

Social media planning and timing: Management of our social media channels including community management, timing & securing online posts with AdCreative, controlling and evaluation of social media content.

Content management: Creation and maintenance of target group-oriented texts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (incl. repost texts), YouTube and TikTok.

Teamwork & support: Accompaniment & support of our photographer and videographer in the content creation, creative phase, collection of ideas and further development of the team.

Creative freedom: room for your own approaches and concepts within our framework.

What you bring with you:

Completed training/studies in the commercial or marketing sector
Initial experience as a content creator in the field of social media and video production
Confident handling of smartphones and apps for video creation (TikTok, Instagram etc.)
Ideally experience with Adobe Cloud
Creativity and enthusiasm for new trends
Passion for creative, targeted content
Team spirit, structured way of working, reliability and initiative
