Listening to the customer on site - recognizing the customer's problems
See and develop business ideas - start something new yourself

Digitization to / at the customer

Interactive webshop
SEO, AR and VR application for customer benefits
Marketing including social media and automation through AI agents

Development manager with management responsibility for 10 mechanical and 10 digital developers for "hybrid products"

Software development incl. code review
Sparring partner for MECA developers
Hands-on project management for SCRUM and classic waterfall

Digitization at allsafe

Improvement of digital workflows
Automation of CNC programming incl. automated planning
AI agents in all processes

What you bring with you

We are looking for someone who has doer qualities, who also acts as an integrator and brings people and ideas together. With your hands-on mentality and ability to integrate, you will promote talent, share knowledge and implement new business models in a targeted manner.

You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a 20-strong team of digital & mechanical product developers on site.

With a degree in computer science, mathematics or a comparable subject and several years of management experience, you have both technical know-how and strong leadership skills.

You have extensive experience in agile software development processes and are very familiar with modern technologies such as language models, algorithms, IoT and cloud computing.
