all:lead - what we invest a lot of time in at allsafe

When I work, I want to achieve something, make a difference. And that's why it's important to me to create added value with my daily work. It's important to me to lead our customers to success, while at the same time also celebrating successes internally, making progress - getting better together and also always developing myself.

I have been a part of allsafe for a good ten years now, and even back then during my training I found the great scope for action, the high level of personal responsibility and the opportunity to completely manage my own time to be a huge freedom.

But it is precisely because of this freedom of choice that each and every one of us has that it is important for us to keep focusing on the big picture together: What are we actually working toward? What tasks does each individual have day by day? How do we move our company forward together? And: How can each individual develop his or her full potential?

Leadership begins with self-leadership

At allsafe, we therefore invest a lot of time in further development - both personal, individual development and development at company level. This is evidenced by "all:lead". A program that regularly brings together employees from different areas to learn professional leadership and jointly develop the leadership culture at allsafe.

Get out of the daily work routine. Into the exchange. Into the work on ourselves.

The content we work on together in all:lead is mainly - as the name suggests - about leadership. And everything that goes with it. Leading starts with self-leadership: You can't lead anyone if you can't lead yourself. That's why, in addition to creative work and the examination of scientific content from psychology, sociology and philosophy, self-reflection is a very important aspect in our workshops: What drives me personally? Why do I go to work every day and when do I come home proud after a day's work? What is important to me?

Every person is and works differently: And I have understood, not least through all:lead, that this is important. It takes both employees who enjoy directing and taking responsibility, and colleagues who go along with the decisions, help shape them and fill them with life.

A performance-oriented cooperation

The goal of all:lead is to integrate all employees with their different characters into the corporate culture. In all:lead, we develop a common understanding of leadership, define goals and derive concrete tasks - in order to pass them on to the other colleagues in the individual teams, both in day-to-day business and in workshops. Everyone should be picked up on the same basis.

And yes, it takes a lot of time. But it's worth it. It's important not only to get to know yourself in the first step, but also to get to know each other. To know the values of your colleagues. Because only then can you also recognize their potential and promote it together in the team. Especially during the Corona period, we at allsafe have realized that these encounters, this getting to know each other, are very valuable for the entire company and for our joint success.
