Double decking system CTD-III

Maximum payload can be achieved when the distance between pillars correspond with 2 x the length of an ISO or Euro pallet, or 3 x the width of a Euro pallet.
This way loading and unloading is possible from the sides as well as the rear of the trailer.
The construction of CTD-lIl is also suitable for easy use of common cargo securing products.
Separate and accurate levelling of each decking section enables perfect adjustment to the height of the cargo on the first floor.
CTD lll can be combined with all kinds of pillars. Nevertheless we strongly recommend certified pillars from Hesterberg or VBG/Edscha. These pillars have a vertical row of keyholes and pre-mounted keyhole tracks on both sides. Operating is easy. Side beams can be put between pillars at every desired height. Decking beams are lenght adjustable on only one side, which saves valuable time. Cargo securing is also easy with CTD lll. Decking beams can also be used as shoring beams. The keyhole pattern enables the use of straps and slat holders. Above all these components are compatible with AJS lashing profiles.

Maximum payload can be achieved when the dimension between centre lines of the pillars is 2,42 m.
This enables placing two Euro pallets longitudonal or three Euro pallets in transverse direction.
Loading and unloading is possible from the sides as well as from the back. |
