Levelling the second floor can be done flexibel, precise and without restriction.
It is easy to adapt the height of the second floor to that of the cargo on the first floor, within each section. Different positions of the decking beams prevent cargo from moving as well.

Integration of second decking and cargo securing. Thanks to the AJ-system concept, ATD systems can do both.
Different types of guide tracks are available, for surface - or recessed mounting.This way the maximum inner width of the vehicle can be used. Mounting is simply done by glueing, screwing or riveting.
The hole pattern with a 25mm pitch, enables accurate positioning of decking beams. Easy operating and safety will save costs.
ATD double decking systems complies with the E.U. guide-line for hygiene, 93/43/EWG, as well as the German guide-line LMHV), and are mainly built into insulated bodies.

Cargo securing and double decking systems.
Decking beams are mounted at the bottom of the guide tracks and simply pushed upwards untill the desired height. If not needed, they are stored directly under the roof. The beams secure automatically every 25mm. By operating the securing latch, if necessary with a release rod, the beams can be moved downwards. Decking beams can also be used as shoring beams in horizontal or diagonal position.
The AJ-system concept offers a large variety of fittings and cargo securing equipment that fits into the guide tracks. It all fits together – all in one hand – from allsafe JUNGFALK.

ATD guide tracks – varieties
ATD guide tracks are available in different varieties. Depending on the type of body, tracks can be mounted on to the wall or recessed into the wall. This can be done by riveting, screwing, glueing or welding.
