CTD-ll – separate levels

Maximum payload can be achieved when the distance between pillars correspond with 2 x the length of an ISO or Euro pallet, or 3 x the width of a Euro pallet.
This way loading and unloading is possible from the sides as well as the rear of the trailer.
The construction of CTD-ll is also suitable for easy use of common cargo securing products.
Flexibility and efficiency will increase when using the CTD-ll double decking system.
CTD-ll enables to transport cargo with totally different shape and dimensions.
Separate and accurate levelling of each decking section enables perfect adjustment to the height of the cargo on the first floor.

The CTD-ll system is height adjusted by moving the side beams up and down. The side beams remain in the AJ-guide tracks and secure automatically every 25mm.

Side beams are put into guide tracks between the pillars.
When pushed up, they secure
automatically every 25mm.
The connection between pillars, side beams and decking beams turns the CTD-ll system into a very rigid construction. Therefore the
maximum payload is  400 kg per Euro pallet or a total of 13200 kg. The CTD-ll system complies with
the German guideline for load
restraint, VDI 2700.

CTD-ll decking beams
This aluminium beam is only 40 mm wide. Decking beams are length adjustable on just one side which makes them easy to handle. The inner beam is secured with a latch. If not in use, these beams can be stored between pillars and serve as cargo securing in sideways direction.
