CRS

Cargo securing system
Tested by DEKRA - complies with VDI 2700

  • The cargo is secured by two or four shoring beams. The beams are hung into roof guide tracks.
  • The shoring beams are separately pushed against the cargo and then fixed between floor and roof. This way pallets cannot slide or fall.
  • If necessary, shoring poles are mounted between the shoring beams to prevent cargo from tipping over
  • When carrying an uneven number of pallets, the last pallet can be secured with straps.
  • If the cargo space needs to be cleared, the beams are stored horizontally under the roof.

Storing the beams under the roof. Parts are available in two varieties, depending on whether the roof guide tracks are mounted against cross-beams or directly against the roof itself.
In case of an uneven number of pallets, straps are available in order to prevent cargo from tipping over.

The grip can be mounted on each desired height on the shoring beam and makes handling of the shoring beam very easy.

CRS shoring poles are hung at the front of  two shoring beams. This way, forces are led directly into the beams. The spring locks are only used for positioning the shoring pole.
The floor track is sealed by a plastic insert to prevent water and dirt coming in. The shape of the edges on top of the track, makes it easy to place the pin of the beam into the holes.
