Tracks

Advantages

  • Although tracks are light in weight and have small dimensions, they are very strong.
  • Tracks are well known for their simplicity and therefore very often used for load reastraint.
  • Suitable for mounting straps, shoring beams and nets
  • Tracks and fittings are universal.
  • Tracks are mounted with screws, rivets or glue

Slat profile

AJ-lashing profiles replace wooden slats between pillars.
This profile is stronger and has also an integrated system track profile for mounting straps.

AJ-system rave track

The integrated AJ-system track profile offers the possibility to mount straps over the entire length of the vehicle. Straps with allsafe JUNGFALK quattro studs in combination with the AJ-system rave track, offers 2500 daN lashing points complying with EN 12640.

AJ-system tracks

The hole pattern of these tracks are always identical and therefore suitable for all AJ-system fittings. The narrow pitch of only 25mm, allows cargo securing products to be positioned directly against the cargo. The open profile is easy to clean and therefore also suitable for mounting on or into the floor of the vehicle.

AJ-system fittings

AJ-system fittings are generally used to connect straps with
AJ-system tracks. Fittings are easy to operate and can be placed each 25 mm over the entire length of the track. Fittings with screw thread are used for fixing various elements.

The fittings can be used in combination with AJ-systemtracks as a lashing point that complies to ISO 27955/27956, DIN 75410 or EN 12640.
The safe working loads can be reached under the following circumstances:
• proper conduction of the forces into the chassis
• distance between mounting holes 75mm

AJ-system tracks, square, rectangular, for surface or recessed mounting

Zurrschienen_aufsetzen_einlassen

Rectangular tracks are generally applied in box vans and light commercial vehicles to fasten straps. AJ-system tracks are available with or without flange, suitable for surface as well as
recessed mounting.

AJ-system tracks, for surface mounting

Zurrschienen_aufsetzen

The semicircular shape allows
surface mounting on cargo floors without creating an obstacle when loading or unloading. Cargo is also
protected against damage when these tracks are mounted against the walls.

AJ-system profile for sideboards

This profile can be mounted simply with screws or rivets on top of a 25mm wide sideboard.
This creates the possibility to fasten straps with AJ-system fittings over the entire length of the sideboard.

AJ-system tracks of steel

A cheaper alternative in comparison with aluminium tracks. Besides, steel tracks can be mounted by welding, as well as screwing or riveting. Steel AJ-system tracks are also much lighter, stronger and smaller than conventional tracks, e.g. combi tracks.

AJ-system tracks, recessed

These aluminium profiles are
especially suited for recessed
mounting into cargo floors.
The flanges cover the edges of the floor panels.

AJ-system tracks, special alloy

Heavy duty tracks, especially for passenger transport.
These tracks are used in combination with allsafe JUNGFALK wheelchair restraint systems. Seats can be fixed with AJ-system screw fittings.

This track can be mounted against the roof. There are tracks for large distances between cross girders.
The „light“version can also be
adapted to the hollow shape of a roof.

Tracks

1 Combi tracks

A clever combination of rectangular holes and round holes interchanging over the entire length of the tracks, creating the possibility to fasten different kinds of cargo securing equipment.
Combi tracks are available in steel, aluminium and stainless steel.

Combi tracks are simply screwed or riveted on the walls. allsafe JUNGFALK offers a wide range of lashing, shoring and decking equipment to fit into combi tracks. Straps, shoring poles and ecking beams combined with combi tracks provide solutions for many applications.

2 Flat combi tracks

Especially designed for recessed mounting. These tracks form no obstacle because they are integrated within the walls. The entire width of the cargo space can be used and cargo will not be damaged by the tracks. The application of cargo securing equipment is identical as with normal combi tracks.

3 Round hole tracks

In many cases, just round holes suffice.
The reason why allsafe JUNGFALK also offers round hole tracks in aluminium or steel.

4 Tracks with pins

Made from a high quality aluminium alloy. allsafe JUNGFALK offers both varieties for surface or recessed mounting.

Tracks with pins are mounted horizontally. PVC edges and plastic end fittings protect cargo from being damaged. Tracks with pins are available in three different lengths. The recessed version is used for optimum use of the vehicle’s inner width.

5 Slat and sideboard profiles

Aluminium slat profiles with integrated combi tracks are hung between the pillars instead of conventional wooden slats, in order to create cargo securing possibilities in tilted bodies and curtainsiders. The profiles are placed into the slat holders with both reinforced ends. Profile width is available in 25mm and 30mm.

Sideboard profiles with combi track can be integrated into standard 25 mm sideboards. Suitable for straps and shoring
poles.

6 AJ-system tracks

A wide range for several applications. Suitable for different straps, shoring poles and AJ-system fittings.

These aluminium tracks have many advantages in comparison with conventional steel tracks. The 25mm pitch allows exact positioning of cargo securing equipment. AJ-system tracks are also stronger and easier to clean.

The advantages in short

  • Tracks can absorb high forces in spite of small dimensions and low weight.
  • Tracks are well known and very often applied because
    of their simplicity.
  • Straps, shoring poles and nets are easy to place in
    position.
  • The combination of the hole patterns together with suitable fittings guarantees high safety and compatibility.
  • The flat surface allows easy screwing or riveting
