allsafe JUNGFALK manufactures for various customers cargo restraint nets designed to their specific requirements. Our in house production enables us to offer high flexibility in design and very competitive lead times.

Webbing material used is polyester (PES) with flame retardant characteristics, complying with JAR 25.853 App. F, Part A1 IV. If desired, we may work with Airbus
approved webbing according to
ASNA3573 in widths of 20 or 25 mm and various colours.

Your choice: Customized net geometries, incorporation of different types of tensioning devices and attachment hardware (please refer to “restraint hardware” on pages 40 to 49). And if you need stanchions and brackets we can produce them to your requirements by using existing basic components in order to achieve economical solutions.

allsafe JUNGFALK offers a broad range of tiedown strap assemblies for cargo restraint. As manufacturing is carried out in
our own workshop we can offer you high flexibility and very competitive lead times. Below you will find some samples of standard straps, but you can also ask us for customer specific items.

All webbing material is polyester (PES) and shows flame retardant characteristics complying with JAR 25.853 App. F, Part A1 IV.

For your specific straps you have the choice of:

• overall length and fixed length to your requirements
• different webbing colours
• customized print on the webbing
• capacities up to 44,4 kN / 10000 lbs.
• different tensioning devices: Aluminium or steel buckles, overcenterbuckles, ratchets
• different attachment hardware: Tiedown fittings for direct attachment to the aircraft floor, hooks and rings (please refer to “restraint hardware” on pages 40 to 49 in our print catalogue)
• Airbus approved webbing according to ASNA3573 in width of 20 or 25 mm, with different colours
